SHIPPING POLICY
The dream is to have everyone using our all-natural and vegan-friendly products (yeah, we dream big). Products are normally despatched within one week.
Please use the "Standard Shipping" option on checkout. The "Voucher Only" option is for those customers redeeming a gift voucher or purchasing a voucher as the only product at checkout. If the latter option is selected for other products, the order will not be shipped and the order value will be refunded.
Return & Exchange Policy
We make all of our products - from our natural soaps to our candles, our bath salts to our body butters - by hand in small batches to ensure the highest-quality is maintained. This allows us to make our products suitable for vegans, and it ensures no artificial colours or fragrances are needed.

If, however, you aren't happy about a product you've bought, do get in touch with us and we'll do all we can to resolve the issue quickly and put a smile back on your face.

In the event that a product arrives damaged, please email us at mail@kentishsoap.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order and include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will do our best to correct the situation as quickly as we can.
